From moisturizers and serums to sunscreens and masks, the brand delivers innovative, affordable skincare that empowers customers to look and feel their best—naturally.

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Development Specialist to lead the end-to-end creation of innovative skincare products. You will combine consumer insights, beauty trends, and formulation knowledge to deliver standout products in the fast-paced beauty market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building meaningful skincare solutions from idea to shelf.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development lifecycle—from concept to commercial launch.
• Identify new product opportunities through trend research and market analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing to define product concepts, USPs, and go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams (e.g., R&D, supply chain, vendors) for seamless development.
• Monitor and analyze market feedback, product performance, and consumer insights.
• Mentor and oversee junior product development staff to ensure timely execution and innovation quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development within skincare or cosmetics.
• Strong understanding of skincare ingredients and their efficacy.
• Up-to-date with both local and global beauty trends.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Confident in project and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in South Jakarta.
