Job Responsibilities

1. Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
2. Update internal systems with financial data.
3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
4. Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
5. Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
6. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses for management.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Proven work experience (minimum 2 years) as a Finance Supervisor or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Experience using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
