Marketing & Channel Development Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Sales organization and its customers by determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, preparing technical descriptions for products and technology, and serving as a key technical resource. You will provide technical support during meetings, presentations, and negotiations. The work model for this role is: #Hybrid. This position contributes to Electrification Distribution Solutions in Jakarta, Indonesia, and is mainly accountable for:

1. Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and positioning in line with the global strategy.
2. Providing technical advice and commenting on enquiry specifications related to ABB's products, systems, and applications.
3. Leading analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the best technical solutions to meet customer needs.
4. Focusing on order achievement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications for the role

• At least 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, power systems, relay protection, or related fields.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of medium voltage systems and products.
• Attention to technical specifications and standards compliance.
• Experience in executing commercial plans and strategies.
• Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills, and executive presence.
• Self-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills.
