Role: Education Counsellor

The Education Counsellor provides excellent guidance to international students, helping them find suitable institutions, advising on Australian study opportunities, assisting with applications, facilitating enrollments, and promoting IDP products and services.

Key accountabilities

• Achieve pipeline goals, customer satisfaction, and advocacy targets through each student journey stage.
• Promote IDP products and services, manage leads and applications, seek referral opportunities, participate in events, and maintain the database.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, provide clear information on admissions and qualifications, and engage proactively with students and providers.

Required experience

• Experience in sales or customer service environments, achieving targets.
• Understanding of the education sector, student placement, immigration requirements, and processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Australia, with experience as an Education Counsellor or similar role.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Willing to work at our Central Jakarta Office - Kuningan.
