Job description

As a Business Consultant specializing in revenue-focused implementations, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by strategically introducing and implementing our company's ESB products to clients. Your primary objective will be to exceed revenue targets through the successful adoption and optimization of our cutting-edge ESB products.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):
  1. Find potential customers who could benefit from ESB products. This might involve attending company business events, cold calling, canvassing, or following up on company-generated leads.
  2. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their unique business needs and pain points, and propose how to fulfill these needs using ESB products.
  3. Surpass revenue targets by effectively positioning and selling ESB products to clients, showcasing their impact on business profitability.
  4. Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless integration of our ESB product into client operations while meeting project timelines.
  5. Provide strategic consulting services to clients, offering insights and recommendations aligned with their business goals to contribute to revenue growth.
What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):
  1. At least 1-2 years of work experience in FnB/Tech sales or related fields.
  2. Diploma Degree, preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  3. A customer-oriented attitude.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Problem-solving aptitude.
  6. Ability to work well independently or in a team.
  7. Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Tangerang.
Bonus Points:
  1. Possession of a valid license (e.g., motorcycle or car).
  2. Proven punctuality and dependable attendance, facilitated by personal transport.
  3. Reliable personal transportation for daily commuting.
