Business Representative Officer/ Sales Supervisor

As a Business Representative Officer / Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, making presentations and proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining good relationships with existing clients and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with other departments to develop sales strategies and plans to meet the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relations in the rental business, preferably in a B2B setting.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with high proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  3. Strong sales and negotiation abilities to close deals successfully.
  4. Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex business issues.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
