Job description

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to join our dynamic team at Wellous. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital and search marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta ID.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  3. Oversee the total brand portfolio, aligning both short-term and long-term strategies with business goals and market trends.
  4. Lead brand building initiatives for the Indonesia market, including go-to-market strategies, consumer activations, and brand positioning.
  5. Evaluate and support new product development and launches, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market opportunity.

Digital Marketing Execution

  1. Lead and optimize performance across SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing to maximize reach and conversions.
  2. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to achieve targeted ROI.
  3. Implement innovative and data-driven digital strategies to remain ahead of market trends and competition.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  1. Analyze marketing performance data to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis and market research.
  3. Develop and manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring efficient and impactful allocation of resources.
  4. Oversee marketing spend, purchase budgets, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  5. Manage principal and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth communication, performance tracking, and day-to-day operations.

Team Leadership

  1. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals and ensuring efficient workflows.
  2. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven success in strategizing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, web analytics, and social media (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Experience working with media agencies and handling traditional media channels (TV, radio, print).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set priorities and manage teams effectively.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and highly results-driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Able to perform under pressure with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting and editing skills.
