Job description

Our client is a top fashion retail brand in China, one of the biggest fashion brands there. They are part of a conglomerate Group. They are opening up stores in Indonesia in 2024.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for all the stores operating management, supervising, guiding, and improving employees' performance overall.
2. Motivate staff enthusiasm and help stores achieve monthly sales targets.
3. Actively collect market information and report to the company.
4. Handle customer complaints and problems related to store management.
5. Carry through the company instructions and accomplish other tasks assigned by the leadership.
6. Manage stock, involving stock take, ordering, storing, tracking, and monitoring stock levels.
7. Data analysis: processing, refining, and changing raw data to extract actionable, relevant information that helps the business make informed decisions.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree.
2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field, especially having experience in Uniqlo/Zara/H&M/Padini brands will be preferable.
3. Preferably a manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
4. Required Skill(s): Familiarity with computer operations.
5. Ability in team management and coordination.
6. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, healthy and positive working attitude, good professional ethics, and language and writing skills.
