Sales & Commercial Coordinator - Energy (B-113183)
- The working venue is in Central Jakarta.
- Our client is a Japanese Energy company. Currently, they are looking for a Sales & Commercial Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Explain and promote product information to customers.
- Perform market research and analyze purchasing needs/after sales customer needs.
- Research and analyze competitor’s technology trends for new and after-sales business.
- Formulate marketing strategies to achieve the company's order targets.
- Develop positive relationships with customers.
- Review customer inquiries written in English and Bahasa.
- Coordinate with relevant departments within the company and affiliate companies in Indonesia ("Internal Stakeholders").
- Consolidate cost estimates and prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Attend meetings with Internal Stakeholders and customers, ensuring smooth communication in Bahasa, English, and Japanese.
- Draft commercial correspondences, including emails and letters, for Internal Stakeholders and customers.
- Prepare meeting minutes.
- Monitor and control all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Coordinate with Internal Stakeholders to arrange VISA, hotel bookings, and transportation for visitors to and from Indonesia.
- Translate and summarize documents written in Bahasa.
- Assist in preparing & implementing the annual sales forecast.
- Coordinate with group affiliates.
- Support project execution by coordinating with relevant departments, affiliates, and clients, including site visits to gather feedback and ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor, coordinate, and report project and product delivery statuses.
- Assist clients with post-installation issues during and after the warranty period.
- Report activities and feedback, including claims or suggestions from customers, to superiors.
- Perform any other assignments given by superiors.
- Support business interactions with Japanese clients and colleagues by understanding Japanese business etiquette and communication styles, promoting cross-cultural collaboration.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, commercial, administrative, or business support roles, preferably within the energy, engineering, or construction sectors. Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in Business English; Japanese language skills are preferred.
- Previous experience working with or in Japanese companies.
- Knowledge of International Commercial Terms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations is preferred.
