Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
  • Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
  • Assist in executing the sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to ensure seamless service delivery


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
  • Has experience in handling international market (Australia, Europe, USA, Russia)
  • Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
