Job description

Our client is a Digital Document Storage company seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  2. Stay updated with the latest trends and marketing technologies.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize workflows.
  4. Utilize digital tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, HubSpot, CRM tools, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), and marketing automation platforms to track and analyze performance.
  5. Conduct A/B testing and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  6. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads, programmatic).
  7. Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase traffic.
  8. Create and execute content marketing strategies to engage and convert target audiences.
  9. Implement email marketing campaigns and automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  10. Develop and manage affiliate and partnership marketing programs to expand reach and sales.
  11. Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics.
  12. Perform other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in conversational English.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing within a B2B model, with proficiency in digital tools such as GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, HubSpot, CRM tools, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience and proficiency in paid advertising (PPC, social ads, programmatic), SEO & SEM, content marketing, email marketing & automation, affiliate & partnership marketing, and data-driven decision-making including A/B testing and understanding of key metrics.
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, agility, adaptability, and good problem-solving abilities.
