Sales Account Manager - Electronic Industry

This role involves leading and developing a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and meet business targets in Jakarta, Indonesia. What You’ll Do
- Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategies, and develop key relationships to establish a foundation for solution selling.
- Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts involved in design opportunities and existing business challenges.
- Ensure customer satisfaction concerning supply chain management and value-added services.
- Interact with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
- Understand pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
- Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, selling and marketing the full range of company offerings with in-depth knowledge of key supplier lines.
- Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBRs), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, create demand, and improve customer service. Lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell the value-added supply chain and full lifecycle programs offered by the company.
- Proficiency in sales tracking systems such as Salesforce.com and Oracle is required.
- Establish and build relationships with key suppliers.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in electronic component sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong understanding of distribution sales and business operations.
- Ability to prioritize in the market, understand competitive advantages, and deploy resources to grow market share.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Proactive, strategic mindset, resilience, energy, and a positive attitude.
