Job description

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a relevant industry.

Able to work independently as well as in a team, with strong leadership skills.

Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written). Negotiation and problem-solving skills are a plus.

Experience in implementing and adhering to management system standards such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, SMK3, and other relevant certifications.

Job Description:

• Organize all activities in the Warehouse Finished Goods (FG) under your supervision to support production and sales operations, while guiding and developing the human resources under your leadership to achieve the company's goals.
• Monitor the inspection process for each FG received in the warehouse to ensure it matches the information in the accompanying documents.
• Ensure that the process of stock issuance from the warehouse is accompanied by the necessary documentation, and that the information in the documents matches the actual condition of the goods.
• Coordinate with PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) in the stock transfer process to and from the warehouse.
• Understand and follow the forklift operation procedures.
• Implement applicable management systems such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, SMK3, and other relevant standards.
