We are a leading hospitality company with a portfolio of upscale restaurants and hotels across Indonesia. We are seeking a bilingual hospitality specialist with expertise in restaurant training to join our team and help our clients maintain high standards of service excellence.

Job Overview:

As Hospitality Specialist, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our clients, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service. You will work closely with restaurant managers and staff to identify areas for improvement, design and deliver training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement training programs for restaurant teams, including front-of-house staff, kitchen staff, and management.
  • Conduct training sessions in both English and Indonesian, ensuring all staff understand and can apply the content.
  • Provide feedback on training effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Hospitality Education to identify improvement areas and support performance enhancement.
  • Develop training materials such as manuals, handouts, and visual aids.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality in our restaurants, providing feedback to staff and managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, English, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as hospitality staff or proven success in training programs related to hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff and management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Attention to detail and data analysis skills to identify trends and improvements.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, kitchen procedures, and health and safety regulations, is a plus.
  • Availability to travel to various client restaurants in Uluwatu.
