Job Description:

Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing customers.

Developing and establishing sales strategies to generate revenue and expand market share.

Actively developing account development strategies to increase sales figures from existing as well as new customers.

Being accountable for meeting sales targets and marketing objectives as well as new market developments.

Gathering market information on customers activities, projects and sales forecasts.

Assisting customers on any technical issues and building good rapport with customers.

Conducting post-sales analysis of technical problems, troubleshooting, servicing and performing product testing to help improve product reliability, safety and maintainability, etc.

Ensuring ample stock of marketing and training materials.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5-7 years working experiences in concrete / precast industries with knowledge in concrete technology and field troubleshooting will be an added advantage.

Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work independently, self-driven and a positive attitude.

Comprehension in writing and communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other dialects will be useful.
