Job Requirements and Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the advertising industry.
- Preferred background: Associate Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Manager in Advertising/Media Planning or similar roles.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both verbal and written); Korean is a plus.
- Passionate about ideas, content, and bringing concepts to life.
- Strong skills in advertising, digital marketing, media planning, budgeting, and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable, eager to learn, and proactive in facing challenges.
- Highly organized and solution-oriented.
- Available to join immediately.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an advertising agency (ATL and BTL).
- Experience handling local or multinational clients across various industries.
- Expertise in integrated marketing planning, strategy, budgeting, and proposal writing.
- Skilled in presenting proposals in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, manage team members, projects, and client relations.
- Develop marketing strategies, assess brand SWOT, and set goals and budgets.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of advertising campaigns across various media.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage on-ground execution and evaluations.
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop and present proposals in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
