Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Bali, Indonesia. The Customer and Sales Support position involves managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, processing orders, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling customer communications, ensuring satisfaction, and assisting with sales documentation to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be based in Bali
• Strong customer support, satisfaction, and communication skills
• Experience in sales support and administrative tasks
• Ability to provide excellent support to hotels and restaurants
• Responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat
• Order processing and data entry skills
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to support sales efforts
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
