Job Purpose:

As a Manager of Branch that plans, directs, monitors, and controls the marketing operational activities in the branch which include sales & distribution, logistics, and finance to support all branch office operations running smoothly, effectively, efficiently, and according to procedures and company regulations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the Tobacco Company and 3 Year(s) as a Manager in Tobacco Company and is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Branch Operation, Sales Management, Territory Management.
  • Have a good knowledge of customer culture in the Makassar area and its surroundings.
  • Have a good leadership skill and manage people.

Job Description:

  • Responsible to manage all area sales operational business process in branch.
  • Monitor and control distribution penetration product in all channel within coverage area.
  • Identify detail area for improvement, develop and implement related program in order to increase branch effectivity and productivity.
  • Provide local marketing and promotional idea and plan to be implemented in area.
  • Lead the implementation of credit policy compliance as well as credit collection management in order to maintain account receivable management.
  • As area mentor to provide training and coaching for local sub-ordinate.
  • Report regularly to Regional Manager.
