PT. Cosmax Indonesia is expanding its business into Surabaya and is seeking a Staff for Marketing & Business Development. The successful candidate is expected to join in May or June 2025. Please review the qualifications below:

Qualifications:

1. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience in toll/contract manufacturing cosmetics or cosmetics distribution in Surabaya.
3. Deep knowledge of product and business development, especially in the cosmetics industry in Surabaya.
4. Experience in project management and product development related to cosmetic/pharmaceutical products.
5. Strong understanding of current cosmetic trends in Surabaya and globally.
6. Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
7. Must reside or be domiciled in Surabaya.
8. Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage clients based in Surabaya for Cosmax Indonesia.
2. Establish new priority clients in Surabaya for cosmetics product and development.
3. Follow up on new product development and projects with customers.
4. Monitor the timely launch of new products.
5. Achieve targets individually or as part of a team.
6. Conduct research on cosmetics in Surabaya.
