A leading bank in Indonesia is seeking an HR professional to support recruitment and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and at least one year of experience in HR or banking. Join a dynamic team in a supportive environment.
Bachelor Degree preferred in Management, Human Resources, or a related major.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Admin or Banking Industry.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical skills, keen eye for detail, and service-oriented mindset.
Highly motivated and able to work in a team environment.
Support end-to-end recruitment and HRBP administration processes (e.g., job posting, interview arrangements, pre-screening interviews, MCU arrangements, etc.).
Input hiring data into HCMS and Medallion systems.
Update employment status in HCMS (e.g., new joiners, resignations, employee mobility).
Assist HRBP in administrative activities (e.g., drafting memos, organizational structure updates, email communications).
Prepare monthly reports on sourcing pipeline, job description completion, and integrity pact completion.
Assist in offboarding processes.
Support P&P reviews related to HRBP.
Liaise with users and employees regarding HRBP and Talent Acquisition matters.
