About the role

PT. A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia is seeking a Finance Supervisor to join their team in West Bekasi, West Java. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the company's financial reporting and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
2. Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
3. Ensuring correct and timely activity processing in SAP for the finance team (acting as FI Key User).
4. Controlling cash flow by routinely monitoring Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
5. Conducting monetary account control in SAP to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
7. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets, outlooks, and forecasts with the FICO team.
8. Supporting FAM with adjustment journals, FX transactions, and reviewing insurance sum insured periodically.
9. Applying and updating guidelines to strengthen internal controls.
10. Collaborating with internal and external departments to provide support.
11. Identifying risks and opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient in SAP HANA FICO and MS Office; Query skills are a plus.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to prepare cash flow and payroll accurately.
• Strong understanding of financial budgeting and forecasting; costing knowledge is a plus.
• Basic taxation knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership qualities.
• Effective communication skills for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
