Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
• Own the product roadmap and manage the backlog
• Ensure high-quality features and functionality of the product
• Manage the full product cycle from conception to launch and iteration
• Lead cross-functional teams (Tech, Design, Operations) to deliver excellent user experiences
• Conduct research and validation for new business ideas, integrating customer insights
• Collaborate with researchers to identify user needs
• Stay updated on industry trends
• Create technical content such as documentation, tutorials, and workshops
• Mentor and develop Product Managers on the team
• Track and improve key product growth and engagement metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience
• Strong communication skills and a balanced personality to liaise with stakeholders across departments
• Passion for B2C products and a love for exploring and analyzing apps
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executives and groups
• Solid understanding of UX workflows; UX design skills are a plus
• Ability to align business and engineering objectives and translate between them
• Ability to influence cross-functional groups at various levels
• Willing to work in the office 4 days a week, in Bandung initially, moving to Jakarta in June-July 2024
