Atlantic Container Line is a dynamic and international logistics and freight forwarding company (since 1999). We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated individual for the position of HRD Senior Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for recruitment, restructuring, training, employee motivation, and related HR activities.
2. Preparing attendance reports, BPJS, and other administrative tasks.
3. Monitoring employee contracts, administration, leave, correspondence, and data management.
4. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure legal compliance.
5. Assisting in planning and executing employee training and development programs.
6. Maintaining accurate employee records with confidentiality and data security.
7. Building good relationships with internal and external parties, including employees, government agencies, and partners.
8. Ensuring work culture and employee attitudes align with company regulations and procedures.
9. Performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
• 5-10 years of experience in HRD.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in managing HR and General Affairs.
• Hard skills: UU Cipta Kerja, UU Ketenagakerjaan, HR Management System, HRIS, K3L, KPI, and related.
• Soft skills: Leadership, discipline, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, result-oriented, integrity, strategic agility, management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin speaking is a plus.
