Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with new project customers and distributors to achieve strategic cooperation.
  • Recommend Rifeng to reputable MEP/architecture consulting companies to be included on their material purchase list and achieve strategic cooperation with reputable consultants.
  • Assist regional agents/distributors in developing and maintaining relationships with project customers.
  • Identify and resolve potential problems in projects.
  • Manage and lead the KA sales team, providing training and guidance periodically.
  • Set up performance assessment indicators for the team and review performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Strive to achieve the company's sales targets while controlling sales expenses within budget.
  • Support the Marketing Department in collecting competitors' and market information.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the President Director periodically as required.

Qualifications:

Must have:

  • More than 3 years of project sales experience in the piping system industry, especially focusing on PPR, PEX, and PVC conduit pipes.
  • Experience from junior manager level to senior manager level (candidates from Rucika/Lesso/Toro/SD/Westpex are preferred).
  • Strong networking and relationships with reputable MEP consultants, contractors (main, sub, etc.), developers, project owners, and distributors.
  • Experience managing reputable project customers and distributors in Indonesia.
  • Willingness to travel for business throughout Indonesia if needed.
  • Driving license: A (preferable) or C.

Good to have:

  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferable.
