Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Assistant at AGANSA in Bandung. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks, data entry into the system, preparing quotations, handling correspondence via email with principals and customers, managing filing reports and sales data, coordinating with senior sales staff for scheduling technicians, creating work orders, and providing backup support for the sales and technician teams.

Qualifications

  • Graduates with a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in fields related to Engineering, Textile, or Foreign Languages.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and self-confidence.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience in correspondence with overseas clients or principals is preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer service and sales administration is preferred.
  • Knowledge and skills related to technical and mechanical aspects are preferred.
