We’re seeking a proactive HR Supervisor to support our internal HR processes and manage HR services for our clients. The role involves handling daily HR activities, coordinating with internal teams, and addressing employee and client concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Internal HR:

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and employee records
  • Support performance evaluations and team coordination
  • Enforce HR policies and ensure labor law compliance
  • Respond to client HR concerns or feedback in collaboration with the HR Manager
  • Resolve employee issues reported by clients (for outsourced teams)
  • Maintain logs of complaints and follow-up actions
  • Prepare reports or documentation as required by clients

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with legal, recruitment, and operations teams
  • Ensure HR tasks meet deadlines and client expectations
  • Prepare HR data and reports for management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR generalist
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues professionally and discreetly
  • Proficiency with HRIS tools and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written)
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting or outsourcing companies
  • Familiarity with client communication and complaint handling
  • Knowledge of expat hiring processes or government permits
  • HR certification or relevant training is advantageous
