Qualifications:

• FMCG background is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute area mapping plans by seeking out new open accounts.
2. Maintain and develop existing accounts.
3. Discuss and recommend new listing areas with the Regional Sales Manager.
4. Propose innovative ideas for product growth based on market needs.
5. Monitor the condition of each account and plan strategies in consultation with the Regional Sales Manager.
6. Take necessary actions to achieve targets as per the current strategy set by the Regional Sales Manager.
7. Provide market condition analysis to the Regional Sales Manager for better market understanding.
8. Conduct daily visits to existing accounts.
9. Propose event activation programs based on client needs to support existing accounts.
10. Secure appointments with new prospective accounts.
