Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Open and close the store in accordance with the SOP.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store before opening.
- Check stock availability on shelves and warehouses, and coordinate restocking.
- Ensure all operational equipment such as air conditioning, computers, printers, and cashier systems are functioning properly.
Team Management
- Conduct morning briefings to the team regarding daily tasks, promos, and other important information.
- Organize work schedules and ensure team discipline according to company rules.
- Provide direction and training to the store team to improve performance and customer service.
Sales and Customer Service
- Ensure products are neatly organized according to category and price tags are clearly visible.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring friendly and responsive service.
- Monitor sales performance and compile daily reports to management.
Security and SOP Compliance
- Ensure all store activities run according to SOPs and company policies.
- Supervise the cashier transaction process and prevent potential fraud or errors in recording sales.
- Maintain store and merchandise security from potential loss or damage.

Requirements
