Job description

PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum associate degree in a technical field (Information System or Technology preferred).
- At least three (3) years of experience as IT Support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Environment (Active Directory, Application Server, Windows client, and other Microsoft products/services).
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Easy-going and flexible personality traits.
- Eager to learn and explore new IT systems.
- Strong support spirit, helpful attitude, and commitment to providing excellent service to end-users.
- Willingness to travel to COMPANY premises if required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide end-user support for Information Technology matters.
- Support deployment and maintenance of PCs, workstations, telephony systems, audio/video conferencing, IT peripherals, mobile phones, and manage IT inventory, software, and device assets.
- Assist in problem-solving, including physical device support, server shutdowns, network equipment verification, and vendor escorts for on-site work.
- Act as first-level support for on-site issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
- Diagnose IT incidents or service requests, provide resolutions or workarounds, and fulfill service requests.
