We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years experience in pension and insurance industry preferable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Innovative mindset with a willingness to embrace change and drive continuous improvement.

On the job you will:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive distribution strategy for pension products to achieve business goals.
2. Drive sales performance to meet or exceed pension product distribution targets.
3. Monitor sales activities and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and intermediaries.
5. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the distribution team.
6. Encourage the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance distribution efforts.
