Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate effectively with other departments (Planning, Access & Sales) to support sales targets.
2. Create detailed work plans to identify and organize activities necessary for successful project completion.
3. Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
4. Review project schedules with senior management and responsible staff; revise schedules as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Management, or relevant fields in the telecommunication industry.
• At least 2 years of experience as a PMO, Project Management, or Construction Engineer in Fiber Optic/FTTx projects.
• Basic knowledge of Network Infrastructure (FTTx, OSP, ISP, Transmission).
• Having a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent management and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• High integrity and diligent work ethic.
