Job Description:
Process & Workflow Optimization:

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for partners, sales, and commercial operations.

Identify inefficiencies in existing sales processes and implement strategic improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity.

Content & Material Development:

Create and manage templates for client-facing documents, FAQs, and presentations.

Develop training materials and sales enablement resources to support both internal and external stakeholders.

Regularly update Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to assist internal teams and clients.

Commercial Support & Coordination:

Assist in the implementation of tools and systems to support business development and sales operations.

Ensure the commercial team has access to necessary documentation and resources to effectively engage clients at every stage of the sales funnel.

Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, product, and tech teams to align materials and processes.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of sales workflows, process optimization, and documentation best practices.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to create clear, professional content.

Proficiency in tech tools such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
