A leading company in the garment industry is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources processes, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and maintain strong industrial relations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and strong leadership skills.
Manage all Human Resources and Personnel processes, including Company Regulation, Recruitment, Administration, Training & Development, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Manage all Industrial Relation activities, including maintaining good relations with labor unions and related government offices. Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Collaborate with management to ensure that company activities and human resources strategic goals are aligned with legal compliance.
