Team Lead Sales Specialist

Minimum Requirements

1. A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, IT or a related field may be advantageous.
2. Experience in sales is a must, especially in IT Sales (minimum 2 years).
3. Good understanding of Cisco, Sangfor, Fortinet, Juniper, Ruckus, and Paloalto products.
4. Good leadership skills.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
6. Strong time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
7. Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment.

Responsibilities

1. Training new members of the sales team.
2. Setting sales quotas.
3. Answering questions from the sales staff.
4. Monitoring sales performance and addressing issues when necessary.
5. Completing sales reports and other administrative work.
6. Addressing customer service issues that need to be escalated.
7. Supporting the sales management team as needed.
8. Selling products or helping sales staff negotiate and close deals.
9. Maintaining positive customer relations.
10. Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
