Senior Product Consultant / Senior Sales Advisor

As a Senior Product Consultant / Senior Sales Advisor, you’ll engage customers by providing expert product knowledge and demonstrations, handle daily sales and administrative tasks, achieve individual sales targets, manage customer feedback, and support your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Perform daily administrative tasks, including purchase transactions, POS system operations, customer checkout processes, and other related duties.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment to ensure an excellent customer shopping experience.
3. Address customer feedback and complaints professionally, assisting the team in resolving operational issues efficiently.
4. Achieve individual sales targets and actively support the team in meeting overall sales goals.
5. Provide customers with detailed product information and perform demonstrations to highlight product features and usage.
6. Organize internal product training sessions to enhance the team’s overall product knowledge and expertise.
7. Strictly adhere to company policies on asset usage, security, and inventory management.

What We’re Looking For:

1. College degree or higher.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Advisor; experience in 3C (consumer electronics), FMCG, or retail industries preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
4. Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and effective problem-solving abilities.
5. High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
6. Experience in administrative management is a plus.
