AYANA Hospitality is on the lookout for an accomplished and visionary General Manager to lead our premier property, Delonix Hotel Karawang. This key leadership position demands a dynamic and results-oriented professional who will drive operational excellence, foster a high-performing team culture, and ensure unparalleled guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall operations of Delonix Karawang, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and brand standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance property performance and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Foster a strong guest service culture by monitoring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Drive team engagement, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills.
