- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets for our products.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives to meet sales targets and performance goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and provide feedback to ensure team members are equipped to meet sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay informed about new products and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Own and maintain a strong database of potential and existing customers, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
Requirements
