Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets for our products.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives to meet sales targets and performance goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and provide feedback to ensure team members are equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay informed about new products and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Own and maintain a strong database of potential and existing customers, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or sales leadership roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with experience in selling KPR or similar products.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team building and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
