Job description

Supervise and ensure the service provided both internally and from contractors or suppliers delivers optimal results based on the contract or above the minimum agreed service level.

Manage and follow up on received complaints from tenants or unit owners regarding cleanliness, tidiness, and responsiveness of the premises, ensuring proper logging and resolution.

Coordinate with various areas (public areas, facilities, estate, basement, utilities, etc.) to supervise and ensure the health, cleanliness, and tidiness of these areas, maintaining tenant, owner, and guest comfort.

Conduct routine and random inspections on-site to monitor the quality of service delivery.

Prepare reports on service quality, scope of services, equipment condition, and supplies, following escalation procedures as per guidelines.

Manage, supervise, and deliver services related to maintaining gardens, landscapes, hardscapes, and exterior features to meet aesthetic standards and quality expectations.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience in a comparable property or facility (e.g., hotel, hospital, large office complex) preferred.
  • Good manners and attitude, including honesty, integrity, teamwork, and commitment.
  • Ability to follow plans and instructions responsibly.
