Job description

Lab & Blending Chemical Engineer Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3 / S1 degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Age: Minimum 32 years old.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Laboratory Engineer or Application Engineer in chemical applications for the Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
• Residents of West Jakarta or Tangerang are preferred.
• Experience in chemical formulation (blending), willingness to travel, and customer visits are advantageous.
• Proficiency in English, especially in correspondence, is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage laboratory operations and lead a team of crew members.
• Handle product specifications, design, and chemical formulations.
• Develop commercial and technical proposals for customers.
• Consult with internal teams, principals, and customers on best practices and optimization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director.
• Manage a laboratory and blending plant.
