About the role

We are seeking a talented Finance Staff (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team at PT Datang Dssp Power Indonesia. This full-time position is based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, and will play a crucial role in our Financial Accounting & Reporting operations.

What you'll be doing

Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective financial reporting

Support the month-end and year-end close processes

Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

2-5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting

Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
