Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) discipline.
• 2-5 years of working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Keen interest in e-Commerce, attention to detail, and interests in numbers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with graphic editing tools.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Job Description
• Manage business growth and financial returns of shops assigned and ensure overall targets are met through planning, forecasting, monitoring, and reviewing.
• Conduct thorough analysis to identify levers from traffic, conversion, assortment, and come up with strategy to drive growth and execute the growth strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Leverage marketing resources. Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns or promotions to reach sales targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports through collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends for internal weekly sales and marketing meetings.
• Manage product creation, orders, campaigns, advertisement, shop content such as in-shop banner, product cover photo, title and description optimization, feeds, etc.
• Proficient in the use of paid promotion tools such as paid ads, bundled deals, etc. through market analysis, search rank optimization to increase shop traffic and conversion rate.
• Analyze the competitor stores and work out a reasonable marketing plan. Research platform trends, analyze and understand local top search keywords and hot-selling products.
• Able to drive progress independently.
• Result-oriented, team player with an energetic attitude, manage a team of e-commerce shop specialists.
