Research & Development Manager (Skincare Category)

• Lead end-to-end product development for skincare, haircare, and bodycare.

• Research ingredients and trends to develop effective, market-ready formulas.

• Oversee testing, stability, and regulatory compliance (BPOM, halal).

• Coordinate with maklon and internal teams for production and quality control.

• Prepare technical documents and support product claims with marketing.

• Improve existing formulations for performance and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Apoteker is a plus).

• Min. 5 years’ experience in product development (skincare/haircare/bodycare).

• Strong formulation and cosmetic science knowledge.

• Familiar with BPOM processes and maklon coordination.

• Excellent project management skills, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty innovation.
