Sales Engineer (Medical Imaging & Aesthetic IT Solutions)

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales Engineer to join our team in distributing dermatology, aesthetics, and plastic surgery imaging systems across Indonesia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both sales and hands-on technical problem-solving. You’ll be the go-to expert for product demonstrations, sales presentations, and post-sale support for high-end aesthetic and dermatology imaging systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect for new clients and follow up on leads
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and support exhibitions and industry events
  3. Advise customers on technical requirements, hardware compatibility, and software installation
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues onsite and remotely
  5. Provide pre- and post-sale technical consultation
  6. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support customer onboarding and training
  7. Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and report insights to management
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support, preferably in a client-facing environment
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware, Windows systems, networking, and peripheral setup
  • Previous sales experience in IT, medical, or aesthetic technology preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to travel regionally for client support and events
