You are responsible for making phone calls to potential customers to promote products or services, answer questions, and offer solutions that meet their needs. This role also includes managing customer data, maintaining good relationships with customers, and achieving the sales targets set.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Fresh graduate with internship experience or up to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluency in Mandarin or English is preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with clients, provide support and information, and respond to client queries and requests
• Suggest new opportunities and solutions
• Manage sales activity records and prepare sales reports
• Manage and update client databases regularly
• Implement creative marketing, communication strategies, and market approach plans to attract partners and companies to become Pajakku clients
