Job description

Business Development (Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, Depok)

We are looking to hire passionate and energetic individuals who can take a high degree of ownership and deliver results for OYO in this new market:

  1. Plan & oversee business development efforts for OYO Indonesia in assigned areas/clusters with a goal to onboard high-quality budget properties (hotels or housings) onto the OYO network.
  2. Identify new properties that meet OYO standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner (partner) willingness, etc., and pitch OYO’s partnership proposal.
  3. Negotiate OYO’s commercial agreement with interested partners.
  4. Work closely with the revenue management team to drive topline for the partner.
  5. Collaborate with other teams in OYO such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance, etc., to ensure smooth functioning of properties on a day-to-day basis.
  6. You will be on the field to conduct meetings, pitching, and closing deals with property owners.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships/acquisitions, preferably in Hospitality or Startups.
  • Experience in creating sales pipelines and acquiring new partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Enjoys meeting new people, building, and maintaining relationships.
  • Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek.
