Responsible for the daily operation of the store, monitoring data metrics, formulating sales plans, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan daily promotions, official platform campaigns, and mega sales (e.g., DD, PAYDAY, BRAND DAY, ANNIVERSARY SALE); track promotion effectiveness and report to supervisor.
- Manage product loading and unloading, optimize product keywords and detail pages, highlight selling points, and regularly update banners to improve store exposure, click-through rate, and conversion rate.
- Provide real-time sales forecasts and analysis reports to ensure healthy product sales units and inventory levels.
- Develop monthly advertising and product release plans in coordination with the supervisor and marketing team; track the performance and ROI of off-site and on-site advertising activities and report findings.
- Complete assigned tasks promptly and report progress to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the e-commerce industry; experience with TikTok shop operation is a plus.
- Fluent in English (must).
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Passionate, team-oriented, with strong communication and comprehension skills.
- Familiar with platform operation and event registration rules, with basic knowledge of on-site and off-site advertising.
