Job description

Join our dynamic team at Multi Adhi Tunggal Sentosa as a full-time Creative Graphic Designer. Based in Tangerang, Banten, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs that support our marketing and communications initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualise and design a range of marketing collateral, including Instagram posts, stories and highlights; ads, banners, brochures, assets for influencer collaborations, and other digital and print materials

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into cohesive, on-brand designs

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines

• Continuously seek inspiration and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices

• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and respond to feedback in a timely manner

• Contribute to the overall creative direction and visual identity of the company

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• At least 2 years of experience in social media design (experience in baby and mother's field, fashion, beauty or lifestyle is a plus)

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva

• Basic products photography skill is needed

• Excellent understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout

• Ability to translate marketing strategies into visually compelling designs

• Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality, impactful designs

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
