Duties and Responsibilities:

Lorry Driver Duties:

1. Main duty is to drive the lorry to deliver W.I.P., goods, and materials to customers or destinations.
2. Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials; punctuality is mandatory.
3. Immediately inform superiors or office staff of any quality issues during transport or major disputes during the delivery process.
4. Properly use company property, including lorry and toll cards, for official purposes only.
5. Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of the lorry.
6. Follow instructions from superiors to perform scheduled deliveries efficiently.
7. Maintain personal hygiene and wear proper uniform as the driver represents the company's image.
8. Avoid unreasonable speeding beyond the road speed limit.
9. Use company coupons or digital coupons for parking to avoid fines.

Delivery:

1. Assist forklift drivers in loading finished goods or materials into the vehicle.
2. Double-check the Delivery Order (D.O.) against actual goods to verify quantity, type, and method before departure.
3. Ensure loading complies with Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).

Other Tasks - Production (In-Process):

1. Perform daily production tasks as assigned by superiors.
2. Handle ad-hoc tasks related to warehouse, finished goods, or packaging materials.

Vehicle Maintenance:

1. Conduct daily visual inspections of the lorry, checking all lights and vehicle surface for damages, reporting issues to superiors.
2. Perform weekly inspections, including tyre pressure, engine oil, brake oil, battery water, etc., and arrange for maintenance as needed.

Lorry Assistant Duties:

1. Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
2. Immediately report any quality issues or disputes during transport.
3. Follow instructions for scheduled deliveries.
4. Maintain personal hygiene and proper uniform.
5. Assist the driver with loading goods into the vehicle.
6. Double confirm the accuracy of loaded goods.
