KOL Marketing Lead – Okaka Contactlens(Singularity Flame)

We are hiring a KOL Marketing Lead to join our rapidly growing colored contact lens brand, Okaka, under Singularity Flame. Okaka is currently the fastest-growing colored contact lens brand online in Indonesia, with 300,000 Shopee followers and over 1 million TikTok followers.([OKAKA Softlens)

Role Overview: You will lead our KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and directly contributing to GMV growth through strategic influencer and affiliate partnerships, primarily on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically identify, engage, and manage KOL relationships to maximize brand exposure and sales growth.
  • Develop and execute effective influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team, while also being capable of independent execution.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant KOL marketing experience, ideally in a consumer brand environment.
  • Proven track record in leveraging KOL partnerships for brand visibility and measurable GMV growth, particularly on TikTok.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university.
