We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Accounting to join our team at SPS Corporate in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial reporting and accounting operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and manage day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and month-end closing procedures.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports to provide accurate and timely information to senior management.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies and procedures.
4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined accounting practices.
5. Train and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and knowledge.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
